The Women's Ministry of Calvary Gospel Chapel is made up of three core functions:
Outreach: This team organizes two annual events which provide Christian women the opportunity to invite their unsaved family members, friends and co-workers to clearly hear God’s Word. It is our prayer that many women will be drawn not just to our events, but more importantly drawn to accept our Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior.
Growing: The Discipleship Ministry team ministers to women by teaching them how to study the Bible and how to love their husbands and children while providing them with support and encouragement along the journey. It is our prayer that each woman will grow to be more conformed to the character of Christ and become the woman that God intended them to be.
Serving: Compassion Ministry team keeps busy by providing meals to those women who are sick and shut in, visiting our Widows and older ladies and coming alongside our New Moms to encourage them. It is our desire that women will be shown the love, support and encouragement they need as they recover from an illness or get use to the joys and challenges of being a new mom. It is also our heartbeat to honor our seniors and minister to them in a tangible way.
